Andi Bissett

Andi, Bissett, a graduate of the Madonna University, has honed her baking craft in her home kitchen for 20+ years. Baking has always been a passion for Andi, and over the last few years she has taken classes at Zingerman’s Bakery and Teresa Greenways to perfect her art.

Andi has been married to her college sweetheart since 2003, together they have three children who all LOVE their mama’s baking. A motivated self learner, Andi is always tweaking and perfecting. Her sourdough devotion runs deep.
