Dance try it days are a great way to explore dance at SFTA. These free classes are offered at various times throughout the year. Limited spots available, please pre-register to reserve your space.

All Fall 2024 Recital Performing Classes Meet for 13 Weeks
Daytime and Evening Dance Classes
Ages 18mos-18yrs

Fall Term 2024 Class Dates Classes begin Friday, September 6 and conclude Friday, December 6, 2024. No classes November 29

Fall Term 2024 Dance Recital Saturday, December 7 @ 11:30am

MULTI-CLASS DISCOUNT

Students registered in more than one fall 2024 class will receive a 7.5% credit of their total class fees towards their dance recital costumes.

BATON TWIRLING

Suitable for Girls and Boys

Baton Camps and Classes
 

Baton twirling offers students a number of benefits including help in developing hand-eye coordination, increases the ability to use both sides of their mind and body, and encourages students to be active in an increasingly sedentary world.
 

Batons are available to purchase from the instructor at class for $35.

Fall Term 2024 Baton Classes Tuesdays | Sept 24 – Oct 29 10-11am Ages 5-12 Ongoing Enrollment Available Join us at any time during the session. Email sfta@242community.com for pro-rated enrollment.

All SFTA Baton classes are designed for students who are new to twirling and those with experience.

Class Requirements

  • Hair that is long enough pulled back in high bun

  • Tank top and workout pants or shorts (black preferred)

  • Tan Jazz shoes or tennis shoes (no boots please)

  • Please bring a water bottle along to class
