Youlim Chung is a pianist and educator currently pursuing a Doctor of Musical Arts degree in Piano Performance at Michigan State University. She earned her Bachelor of Music from Ewha Womans University in Seoul, South Korea, and her Master of Music from Indiana University. She also studied at Sunhwa Arts Middle School and Sunhwa Arts High School. Throughout her studies, she has received awards in numerous piano competitions and has developed a passion for both performance and teaching. In addition to her teaching experience, she has participated in Michigan State University’s Autism Spectrum Festival, which strengthened her interest in creating positive and inclusive musical experiences for students of all backgrounds.
