SUBJECT / EXPERTISE / INSTRUMENTS
Piano, Voice
With over two decades of experience as a musician and educator, I offer a teaching style that is relaxed and encouraging, yet focused and structured. Following formal study beginning at age seven and a degree in Piano Performance from California Baptist University—alongside a diverse professional background: serving as a Worship Director and studio musician, multiple international choral competitions, bands, tours, etc., plus multiple years as a High School and Collegiate Accompanist—I have dedicated a lot of my career to teaching students of all ages and skill levels.
My approach is rooted in the belief that 'how you learn is how you learn.' There is no single mold for every mind, so I tailor every lesson to each student's specific pace, goals, and musical interests. My goal is ultimately to teach you how to teach yourself. I want to teach myself out of a job so to speak, and to help you grow comfortably, so that you may be able to fully realize your passion, then share it with others. Whether you're looking to master Beethoven or the Beatles—I’m your huckleberry.
